Dance Strength and conditioning

This class focuses on building the strength, alignment, and control needed for safe and confident pointe work. Using Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) and targeted ballet exercises, students develop strong core stability, turnout, and foot strength , the essential foundations for pointe. Each dancer is supported at their individual level, whether they’re preparing for pointe or already working en pointe. Our focus is on safe progression, beautiful technique, and developing resilient, confident dancers.
